Getting Started

How do I create a CharmClean Account?

Click ‘Sign In’ on the top of any page to log in or create an account.

Do you service my area?

CharmClean serves clients within 15 miles of the Greater Baltimore area. If you aren’t sure, ask!

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

How do I book my first appointment?

To book your first appointment: simply visit our booking page, enter your information and the information about your home, pick your appointment date and time, enter payment information, submit and relax!

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a discount code to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed.

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

All transactions require credit card information to be completed. Don’t worry, we won’t charge your card if you have a valid voucher!

Where can I see your prices?

Head on over to our Booking Page, enter the information for your house, and the total price will be displayed! The price you see is before discounts though! Remember to enter your discount code if you have it!

Do you offer any Fire/Police/Military discounts?

Yes we do! Just complete your booking as a normal booking then contact us at help@charmclean.com. We will apply a discount to your booking before your service, to thank you for YOUR service!

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely! CharmClean’s cleaning professionals go through a thorough background check prior to their employment with us. CharmClean is also insured and bonded, so you can trust us with your beloved home.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong during your appointment, immediately call us at (443)-877-5253, and we will make it right.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Absolutely! CharmClean conducts background checks on our cleaners before they are hired. We hire only the best, most trusted cleaners to take care of your home!

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

Our Services

What is included in a Standard Cleaning?

  • Bathrooms: We clear the room of cobwebs and dust, then wipe clean countertops, basins, faucets, mirrors, tub and surrounding areas. Our cleaners will clean the tile, the inside and outside of the shower door(s), sanitize the toilet inside and out and vacuum and mop the floor.
  • Bedrooms: We dust every surface that juts out, including window sills and baseboards. Then, we’ll clean hanging picture frames, mirrors, furniture and items that are sitting on the furniture. Our cleaners will finish the bedroom with a thorough vacuuming.
  • Dining room: Starting with dusting the light fixture, we’ll then wipe clean the table, chairs and other furniture. We’ll finish by vacuuming.
  • Living room: We take care of all dusting/cleaning details mentioned with the addition of vacuuming furniture, including the cushions.
  • Kitchen: Our cleaners start by wiping clean all countertops and small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.) Then, the stovetop, drip pans and under hood are cleaned as well as the appliances, cabinets, kitchen table and chairs. We’ll finish by vacuuming and mopping.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Our cleaners will provide their own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have any special requests, please contact us at (443)-877-5253 so we can discuss your requests!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service or contact us at (443)-877-5253 to discuss your requests.

What is included in a Move In/Move Out cleaning?

Your house should be spotless whether you’re leaving it for the next owner, or about to turn it into a home. Here is what our move in/move out cleanings include:

What is included in a Deep Cleaning?

Deep cleanings include everything that a standard cleaning does, with a few extras. Deep cleanings are best suited for houses that haven’t been adequately cleaned for a long time. Our cleaners will clean baseboards, window sills, and blinds in addition to making sure everything is up to CharmClean quality standards!
